Very romantic atmosphere and vibe, love the rooftop view with the cool breeze. You can see Victoria harbour and all the beautiful city lights while enjoying your food. 🌃✨ The staff were all very kind and accommodating, great customer service 🥩My favourite was their Angus steak, a perfect balance of fat and lean but melt-in-your-mouth meat. Along with the mashed potatoes and gravy 🐟Their fish was served with miso soup, sweet radish, corn, firm tofu and was so succulent 🍰They served the best chocolate lava cake with hot, molten choco with the cool sweet matcha ice cream and nuts 🥂their new Halloween drinks were so realistic + cute, I loved the bloody ocean with a slightly savoury coconut taste, overall their drinks were very good 🍒Their pate was served with fig that blended well with the liver 🥑they had an buttery avocado roll wrapped on fresh salmon with flavourful ikura

In short, 90% of the price goes to the view of Victoria Harbor. Food itself was awful. Haven't tasted anything in HK as bad as the dishes served here. Around $700 inc. service charge for a tasting menu but couldn't even find one dish that was close to satisfactory. The nightview was undoubtedly gorgeous but technically it has nothing to do with the restaurant. If you wish to go to Zeng for a decent dinner set, you'll be very disappointed. I guess people just come here for alcohol and shisha. On top of that, there's an obvious room of improvement in terms of service given the restaurant doesn't market itself as a cheap eatery. I would expect the waiters to be more courteous and attentive if the price range of its food leans to the upscale side.

Very decent fine dining restaurant in CWB. I come here because of the seaview, hoping to enjoy a nice relaxing afternoon with my sister. Turn out the food is also surprisingly delicious. We ordered brunch set, with 6 dishes plus dessert and coffee. All the dishes resembling the Japanese cuisine, small but delicate. I personally love the wagyu beef tartare, the beef slices are very fresh, tender and rich in flavour. And the flamed pork belly is also great. It's being slow cooked and braised for 5 hours, so delicious! If you still think not enough, can add free flow oysters. They also have free flow of wine and Money. I think it is a good brunch choice with friends !

Zeng is a stylish new wining and dining destination, combining elements of both Eastern and Western design. When stepping out of the lift, particularly note the Chinese features – enamel seals and verses by Tang Dynasty poet Li Bai – which blend effortlessly with modern accents of rose-gold metals and dark woods. Perhaps even more impressive is the 270-degree view of Victoria Harbour which can be admired when you move to the balcony . Salmon Zuke Sushi🍣: Displaying classically vibrant colours - it's fresh and smooth, with salmon that absolutely melts in the mouth. Shisha: We choose kiwi flavour; the fragance is light and delicate.The volume is enough for 4-6people. As my first time trying shisha, I found it to be both pleasant and intriguing. Cocktail- Vampire bubbles ($138): The signature cocktails all hold individual appeal owing to the wide variety of highly instagramable presentations. The bubbling vapour effect of this cocktail was visually stunning and lasted long enough to allow ample time for photography before eventually leaving behind a balanced, fruity drink to be savoured. Truffle Flat Rice Noodles with Ribeye($208): Flat rice noodles stirfried with truffle paste and beef, topped with crisp beansprouts and finished with a luxurious garnish of shaved truffle. It isn't as oily as usually found in Chinese restaurants and is extremely rich and delicious.

A brand new “sky” bar in Causeway Bay It has been a very long time we didn’t go to CWB for couple reasons, to celebrate the victory of HKer from the election yesterday, we decided to have a nice drink and ..... SHISHAAAAAAAA !!!! > Shisha-red bull (HKD450) This is for sure an aromatic one👍🏻. Quite a strong flavor of red bull, the staff was so attentive that they regularly check the charcoal and the vapor of the shisha. How relax it is!! > Cocktail- Vampire bubbles (HKD138) Each signature cocktails features some sort of gimmicks which are worth trying, just picked one of those, love the bubbling effect and the fruity taste, the bubble lasts much longer than expected so that we hv more than sufficient time to take some crazy pics. > Mocktail- Puzzy Foot (HKD88) I could taste strong orange, lemon flavor, as well as some refreshing mint, nice. > Food- Wagyu Tartare (HKD188) The wagyu tenderloin tastes super fresh and strong, I like the little touch of caviar, an eggyolk is beautifully placed on the top. Go ahead to poke it and eat with crispy toast, every bite is of high quality with no doubt. > Truffle Fries (HKD88) Although it looks like the fries selling in some chain restaurant, these are fried to order, with a good amount of minced truffle sprinkled. Probably the must order item in the menu. > The panoramic balcony with the great view of Victoria Harbour is truly a bonus, and of course the tables are busy at all times, it’s always a good idea to make a call to reserve in advance.

Came here for snack and drink with friends. Food and drink is just so so. The waiter in suit is very polite and nice, the rest are either not nice or rude. The moment we entered, we felt like we went to a very local pub in Mongkok where everybody's talking very loud. The guests can also smoke shisha indoor which caused the whole experience even worse. It's ok to have such ambience but not with such price and decoration. Managing customers' expectation is very important.
